The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the reactivity of molten steel and refractories. The method for evaluating the reactivity of molten steel and refractories comprises: a refractory preparing step of manufacturing refractories using refractories; a molten steel temperature increasing step of arranging molten steel in a reaction part and increasing the temperature of the molten steel; an alloy iron input step of inputting alloy iron after the temperature of the molten steel is increased; a molten steel-refractory reaction step of reacting the refractories and the molten steel by rotating the refractories after the refractories are deposited in the molten steel in which the alloy iron is inputted; and a reactivity checking step of analyzing the refractories by decreasing the temperature of the molten steel after the molten steel and the refractories are completely reacted.
