The present invention relates to a portable hot-water boiler which is used for temporary heating by being conveniently and easily carried by user camping or fishing on a cold day. According to the present invention, the portable hot-water boiler formed to be small to be conveniently and easily carried comprises: an upper body (10) of which the central part of the upper surface and the bottom are opened; an outer and an inner combustion containers (40, 40′) mounted inside the upper body, and formed to be porous; a heating water tank (20) installed inside the upper side of the upper body, and positioned at the direct upper sides of the outer and the inner combustion container; a water supply tank (30) installed to the outside of the upper body, and supplying water to the heating water tank; a lower body (50) of which the border of the opened top is coupled to or is separated from the border of the opened bottom of the upper body; a fuel container (60) mounted inside the lower member, capable of being elevated, and housing paraffin therein; a wick (70) mounted inside the fuel container; and an elevator (80) elevating the fuel container, wherein the paraffin is fuel with a high stability.
