The present invention relates to a ground manhole assembly for an oil tank. A stopper and a packing are mounted on an outer angle of a manhole body, and a small manhole cover is connected by a screw in order to prevent water such as rainwater from permeating into an oil inlet of the oil tank. The ground manhole assembly for an oil tank includes: the manhole body; a rectangular angle framing the upper part of the manhole body; an upper cover covering the upper part of the manhole body; and the small manhole cover covering the center of the upper cover. The rubber packing is connected to the upper part of the manhole body, and the stopper is installed between the manhole body and the angle of the frame. |
