A method and related device for compressing data in a wireless communication system, comprising: a remote radio equipment receives uplink radio signals via a plurality of aerials; the remote radio equipment extracts the uplink radio signals received by each subcarrier on all aerials, and respectively conducts combined multi-aerial signal compression on the uplink radio signals received by each subcarrier on all aerials, so as to obtain a compressed uplink signal; and the remote radio equipment transmits the compressed uplink signal to a baseband processing unit.
