An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to prevent degradation of an organic light-emitting pattern caused by an outgassing effect. A pixel is defined on a first substrate(100). A first electrode(110) is arranged on the first substrate including the pixel. A bank pattern(120) is arranged on the first substrate corresponding to an edge part of the first electrode and a periphery of the pixel. The bank pattern includes a liquefied light-curing type polymer precursor. The bank pattern is formed with a composition without a solvent. An organic light-emitting pattern(130) is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode(140) is arranged on the organic light-emitting pattern. A second substrate(150) is formed in a constant interval from the first substrate. The first and second substrates are bonded with each other. |
