An apparatus for treating a tissue inside a body lumen comprising: an expansion member coupled with a distal end of a sizing and treatment catheter; an electrode structure coupled with an outside surface of the expansion member; and a generator pneumatically coupled with the expansion member and electrically coupled with the electrode structure configured to: automatically deliver an expansion medium to the expansion member until a target pressure of the expansion member is achieved; and provide energy to the electrode array to treat the tissue inside the body lumen.
