PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate which can be manufactured without using an adhesive or the like, and in which a polarizer protective film can be formed to a thickness of less than 40 μm, and a cured product of a composition for the protective film has a low photoelastic coefficient and excellent adhesiveness to the polarizer.SOLUTION: The polarizing plate comprises a polarizer formed of a polyvinyl alcohol resin, and a film or sheet-type cured product of an active energy ray-curable composition directly formed, as a protective film, on at least one surface of the polarizer. The composition comprises an isocyanate group-containing compound (A) and a polymer (B) having a photoelastic coefficient of 5×10Paor less. The cured product has a photoelastic coefficient of 10×10Paor less. |
