PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality clarifier in which a water quality of water in closed type water system equipment can be maintained for an extended period.SOLUTION: Provided is a clarifier that is used for closed type water system equipment that includes a hollow accommodation space in which water can be accommodated, and in which the accommodation space is substantially isolated from an outside. The clarifier includes: a granular porous inorganic member subject that has a function that adsorbs a dissolved material in water in a state in which water is accommodated in the accommodation space of the closed type water system equipment; and an enzyme, wherein the enzyme includes: a protein decomposition enzyme that has a function to decompose a protein; a fat decomposition enzyme that has a function to decompose a fat; and a starch decomposition enzyme that has a function to decompose a starch. A water quality of water in the closed type water system equipment can be maintained in a lucent state for an extended period by the interaction between the porous inorganic member subject and the enzyme. Herewith, a replacement work of water to maintain a water quality of water in the closed type water system equipment can be reduced. |
