PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo earphone with a simple structure, and to propose a method of using an earphone.SOLUTION: Each of a pair of earphones is composed of a cartilage conduction portion, a sheath connected to the cartilage conduction portion, and piezoelectric bimorph connected to the cartilage conduction portion without touching an inner wall of the sheath. The cartilage conduction portion is comprised of an elastic body with a penetration hole. The sheath slidably opens and closes the penetration hole. The cartilage conduction portion is an elastic body that switches between closing of an external ear canal and opening of the external ear canal by deformation thereof. The cartilage conduction portion can be inserted into an entrance of the external ear canal and is shaped to be housed in a cavum conchae, and switches between the closing of the external ear canal and the opening of the external ear canal. |
