PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately position a welding position of a welding member to a base material.SOLUTION: The base material 1 is installed in a factory, and reflectors 3a, 3b and 3c are arranged on a reference surface 1a of the base material. Next, a laser beam 4a of a lase tracker 4 is irradiated to the reflectors 3a, 3b and 3c, and measurement data on a reference position of the base material 1 is determined. The welding member 2 and reflectors 6a, 6b and 6c are also installed in a welding member adjusting device 5. Next, reflector arranging three-dimensional coordinates are determined based on the measurement data, design data and data on an arrangement position of the reflectors 6a, 6b and 6c, and the laser bream 4a is irradiated so as to pass through the three-dimensional coordinates. Afterwards, positioning is finished by executing the movement of the welding member adjusting device 5 and an adjustment of an attitude of the welding member 2 by the welding member adjusting device 5 until the three-dimensional coordinates coincide with three-dimensional coordinates measured by irradiating the laser beam 4a to the reflectors 6a, 6b and 6c. |
