PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message recording and reproducing system and a message recording and reproducing method capable of transmitting a message to a destination to which the message is desired to be surely transmitted.SOLUTION: The message recording and reproducing system includes a message recording module installed in an electronic apparatus and allowed to be executed to record a message from a user by an input device and store the message through a storage device, a detection module for detecting identification of the user existing within a detection range of a detection device through the detection device, and a reproduction module for automatically or manually outputting a message concerned with the user identified through the output device.
