PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-containing photosensitive coloring composition which has high sensitivity while containing a dye and has high brightness after subjecting to heat treatment at 230°C and to provide a color filter having high brightness formed by using the photosensitive coloring composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a photosensitive coloring composition which comprises: (A) a coloring agent; (B) a binder resin; (C) a photopolymerization initiator: (D) a sensitizer; and (E) a photopolymerizable monomer, wherein (A) the coloring agent contains a dye, (C) the photopolymerization initiator contains [C1] an oxime ester compound and [C2] an acylphosphine oxide compound and (D) the sensitizer contains a benzophenone compound.
