1. A method of determining the amount of autoantibodies to insulin-like growth factor binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2), HMGA2, MYCN, and TGIF2LX in a blood sample from a human patient that is being evaluated for ovarian cancer, the method comprising,
contacting a blood sample obtained from the patient with one or more peptides of 10 amino acids or greater in length from each of the antigens IGF2BP2, HMGA2, MYCN, and TGIF2LX; and measuring the amount of selective binding of autoantibodies to the one or more peptides. |
