The sensor (20) has two encoder wheels (22, 26) axially attached to a rotary body (6) through a flexible rotatable element (24). A measurement object rotates the rotary body through a rotation axis (8). An evaluation circuit (40) outputs a mutually-dependent output signal relative to an angular position of the encoder wheels. The flexible rotatable element is provided with a structured surface (30). The encoder wheels are connected above the flexible rotatable element. A magneto-resistive transducer (42) outputs an angle position (10) of the rotary body. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
