Disclosed is a magnetic force sorting device having a pulverizing function. The magnetic force sorting device having a pulverizing function disclosed herein includes: a main body that has an upper portion where an inlet is positioned and a lower portion that is received and supported by a supporting member; a pulverizing unit that pulverizes waste containing a metallic material which flows in through the inlet; and a magnetic force sorting unit that is positioned on a lower side in the main body and sorts the metallic material and a recyclable material from the pulverized waste by using a magnetic force.
