The present invention relates to a remote education support system for the hearing impaired which remotely provides a real time lecture image for the hearing impaired. In order to achieve this, the remote education support system for the hearing impaired according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a remote education service providing server for providing lecture image data including lecture video and audio information by being connected to a wired and wireless communication network; an impaired person terminal for receiving and outputting desired lecture video data by accessing the remote education service providing server; and a learning support company terminal for transmitting, to the impaired person terminal, the lecture video as well as converted data by converting, by the impaired person terminal, desired lecture video and audio information into sign language and shorthand subtitle data.
