PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film excellent in flatness by reducing a level difference due to a decorative pattern layer, and to provide a protection panel using the same.SOLUTION: A decorative film 1 includes: a transparent display area a1 directly or indirectly provided on the screen 21 of a display device 2 and allowing the screen to be visible in a central part from outside; and a decorative area a2 located on the peripheral part of the screen area and decorating the screen. The decorative film 1 comprises: a base layer 11 provided in the decorative area; a decorative pattern layer 12 formed on the main surface of the base layer; and a transparent layer 13 located in at least the display area and provided in a space surrounded by the base layer and the decorative pattern layer. |
