摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of identifying a position of an ultrasonic scanning cross-section even when distortion is caused in a magnetic field.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a positional information acquisition part, a determination part 171, an image correlation processing part 173, and a change part 174. The position information acquisition part acquires a position and a contact angle of a contact surface of an ultrasonic probe 1 with respect to a subject, as a position information. The determination part 171 determines a corresponding cross-sectional surface which is a cut surface for generating two-dimensional medical image data from three-dimensional medical image data collected by a different kind of a medical image diagnostic apparatus and which is a cross-sectional surface corresponding to the scanning cross-sectional surface of ultrasonic image data displayed on a display part, on the basis of the positional information. The image correlation processing part 173 searches the three-dimensional medical data for a similar cross-sectional surface similar to the ultrasonic image data displayed on the display part, on the basis of correlation between the images. The change part 174 changes the cut surface to the similar cross-sectional surface from the corresponding cross-sectional surface when the position of the similar cross-sectional surface and the position of the corresponding cross-sectional surface are different from each other.
