PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene tape and a polyethylene split yarn with smaller change in mechanical property and excellent dimensional stability, capable of selecting a product processing condition in a wide temperature range, and usable in a wide temperature range after product processing.SOLUTION: A polyethylene tape and a polyethylene split yarn comprise polyethylene with a repeating unit being substantially an ethylene chain, in which intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;] is 5.0-32.0 dL/g. Storage elastic modulus at 100°C is 20% or more of storage elastic modulus at 30°C. |
