ELASTIC WOVEN OR KNITTED FABRIC FOR VIBRATION PROOF RUBBER LINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic woven or knitted fabric for a vibration proof rubber liner which is excellent in slidability and sticking tendency to rubber under a high load, as well as followability to a rubber elastic body when the vibration proof rubber deforms, and further capable of reducing wrinkles of a liner due to an ejection pressure of the rubber elastic body when producing the vibration proof rubber with an integral ejection molding of the rubber elastic body and the liner.SOLUTION: The woven or knitted fabric for a vibration proof rubber is formed of a multi-layer in which one layer makes a slide surface and another layer is a fixing surface to rubber. The layer to be the slide surface is formed of a composite yarn in which an elastic fiber is wrapped with a fluorine-based fiber. The layer to be the fixing surface is formed of elastic fibers. Any one layer other than the slide surface includes low elastic fibers having a melting point of 100°C to 200°C.
