PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel formulations capable of concealing the unpleasant taste of active ingredients.SOLUTION: The invention relates to extrudates comprising one or more kinds of pharmaceutically active substances and having a strand diameter of 0.5 mm at the maximum, which is a pharmaceutical composition comprising glycerol esters with C12-C24 fatty acids as a lipid base.
