PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet requirements of simplifying configuration and reducing costs of a vehicle incorporating at least a motor-generator (MG) as a power source.SOLUTION: An MG 12, an axle 14 and a brake mechanism 21 are inter-connected via a planetary gear mechanism 51. Further, auxiliary components, such as a negative-pressure pump 42, a water pump 22, an oil pump 23, and an air-controller compressor 24, are connected to an MG 12 in a manner to enable power transmission so that the auxiliary components are rotated synchronously with the rotation of the MG 12 regardless of the brake mechanism 21 being engaged/disengaged and driven by the power of the MG 12, thus eliminating a need to incorporate an auxiliary component-dedicated power source. Further a configuration in which power of an engine 11 is input to one axle 13 while power of an MG12 is input to the other axle 14 (i.e., the power of the engine 11 and that of the MG 12 are input to different axles 13, 14) makes it possible to secure incorporating spaces of the MG 12, the auxiliary components and the like. |
