<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time information acquisition device and a radio wave timepiece which are capable of determining whether or not time information can be acquired further accurately and stopping receiving a radio wave at some point during reception processing.SOLUTION: A time information acquisition device receives a radio wave including time information and acquires the time information. The time information acquisition device includes: noise determination means which determines whether or not each noise mixed in a demodulated signal of a radio wave, received within a time unit defined in advance, is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold level; and reception stop means which stops receiving a radio wave if the number of times when the noise determination means determines the noise mixed is equal to or greater than the threshold level reaches a percentage equal to or greater than a predetermined percentage within a set time period including multiple time units.</p> |
