<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skew adjustment circuit that gives a skew matching an operating state of LSI and the like to a plurality of signals.SOLUTION: The skew adjustment circuit disposed in an integrated circuit having first and second signal lines for propagating first and second signals, respectively, and first and second buffer circuits fed with the first and second signals propagated through the first and second signal lines, respectively, includes: first and second delay circuits disposed in stages preceding the first and second buffer circuits, respectively; a skew measurement circuit for measuring a skew between the first and second signals; and a delay adjustment circuit for deciding delay amounts of the first and second delay circuits on the basis of the measured skew measured by the skew measurement circuit, and setting the decided delay amounts in the first and second delay circuits.</p> |
