PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air port device for a vehicle having advantageously improved operation feeling of an operation rod for changing a direction of blowout air by manual-operation.SOLUTION: The air port device for a vehicle comprises: a driving gear 40 which is driven by driving means 52 for automatically rotating plural wind direction members 22 and which is disposed so as to come close to and separate from a follower gear 48; and an elastic member 92 which is applying energy to the driving gear 40 to a direction coming close to the follower gear 48 based on elastic restoration force and which is in elastically deformed state. By elastic restoration force of the elastic member 92, a tooth surface of the driving gear 40 and a tooth surface of the follower gear 48 contact each other by pressure.
