PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomographic apparatus capable of grasping an operating state of a device at an optional time.SOLUTION: A reconstructed image generation part (a preprocessing part 31, a reconstruction part 33, and an image processing part 35) generates a reconstructed image on the basis of output data based on an electric signal from an X-ray detector 15. A correction parameter storage part 37 time-sequentially stores correction parameters about correction performed to reduce noise or an artifact in processing by the reconstructed image generation part. A correction parameter analysis part 39 determines the existence/absence of an abnormality occurrence on the basis of a temporal change of the correction parameters stored in the correction parameter storage part 37. A notification part 41 sends notification of the occurrence of abnormality in the case that the correction parameter analysis part 39 determines that the abnormality occurs.
