PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a connecting pin for connecting a cam arm connected to a water tray and a driving shaft of actuation means for rotating the cam arm.SOLUTION: A first boss part 38 of a cam arm 33 and a driving shaft 36 of an actuator motor 35 are connected by a connecting pin 51 inserted through an arm insertion hole 41 formed to penetrate through the first boss part 38 in such a manner to form an opening to an outer peripheral surface 53 of the first boss part 38 and a shaft insertion hole 42 formed to penetrate through the driving shaft 36 in such a manner to match the arm insertion hole 41. A cover member 55 having a second cover part 57 closing a first opening 41C of the arm insertion hole 41 from the outer side and a third cover part 58 closing a second opening 41D from the outer side is attached to the outer peripheral surface 53 of the first boss part 38. The connecting pin 51 inserted into the arm insertion hole 41 and the shaft insertion hole 42 is prevented from falling from the insertion holes 41 and 42 by the cover member 55.
