PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat utilization device capable of suppressing progress of performance deterioration in an internal combustion engine after leakage of working fluid occurs.SOLUTION: A waste heat utilization device of the present invention comprises: a Rankine cycle 3 used for a driving system 1; a liquid level sensor 35; and a controller 37. The driving system 1 has, in addition to an engine 5, a first bypass passage 15, a first flow regulating valve 17 and so forth. The Rankine cycle 3 has a main boiler 19 exchanging heat between recirculation exhaust gas and the working fluid, an auxiliary boiler 21 exchanging heat between exhaust gas and the working fluid, and so forth. In the waste heat utilization device, based on a leakage flag turned in an ON state, the controller 37 controls the first flow regulating valve 17 to let the exhaust gas flow in the bypass passage 15. With this, heating of the working fluid by heat exchange in the auxiliary boiler 21 is not performed and condensation pressure of the working fluid in the Rankine cycle 3 decreases. |
