PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device capable of suppressing variation in tension of a belt-like sheet material.SOLUTION: A sheet feeding device 1 includes: a winding-out roller 4 for winding out a belt-like sheet material 2 from a raw sheet roll 3; a buffer part 5 for forming a hanging down part 2a of the belt-like sheet material by hanging down part of the belt-like sheet material by self-weight of the part of the belt-like sheet material; and a cutting blade 8 for cutting a conveying direction front end part of the belt-like sheet material. Tension is applied to the belt-like sheet material in a conveying direction of the belt-like sheet material depending on difference between a conveying amount of the belt-like sheet material per unit time of a first tension roller 6 and a conveying amount of the belt-like sheet material per unit time of a second tension roller 7.
