PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical exhibiting sufficient therapeutic effect on multiple sclerosis, showing less in adverse effect which steroid and interferonβhave, and having excellent autoimmunity-suppressing action.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for therapy or prevention of multiple sclerosis contains 4-(2-aminopyridin-4-yl)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-6-oxopyridazin-3-yl)-1H-pyrazole or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. |
