The present invention relates to a composition for forming a solar cell electrode containing: silver (Ag) powder; a first glass frit containing PbO and a second glass frit containing V2O5 and TeO2; and an organic vehicle. According to the composition of the present invention, the two types of glass frits, that is, the PbO-based glass frit and the V2O5-TeO2-based glass frit are introduced such that damage caused by contact resistance and a pn junction of a silicon solar cell are minimized.
