<p>The present invention provides a transmission method and an apparatus for an enhanced physical hybrid ARQ indication channel (ePHICH). The method comprises: a network side determining an ePHICH resource that maps the ePHICH, wherein the ePHICH resource comprises N resource element groups, each resource element group comprises M resource elements, all resource elements in a resource element group are located in a same physical resource block pair, and the physical resource block pair is configured by the network side for a terminal side and/or determined by the network side and the terminal side according to a prearranged method, wherein M and N are both integers that are equal to or greater than 1; and the network side transmitting information to the terminal side according to the ePHICH resource that is determined. The present invention not only solves problems of ePHICH interference and insufficient resources in related technologies, but also provides good backward compatibility with methods adopted in the related technologies.</p> |
