PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device making a load imposed on a direct-acting actuator constant without depending on a distance between an upper frame and a base frame, and to provide a bed including the same.SOLUTION: A lifting device 10 comprises an upper frame 11, a base frame 12, a link part 80 connecting the upper frame 11 and the base frame 12, and a direct-acting actuator 18 connected with the link part 80 and driving the link part 80. The link part 80 includes at least a T-shape first arm 13 supported by the base frame 12 or the upper frame 11 in a slidable manner, and including four connection parts; and an L-shape second arm 14 including three connection parts. |
