PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation case having high thermal conductivity and insulation quality in the thickness direction, and long-term heat resistance of 150°C.SOLUTION: An insulation case exhibiting smectic liquid crystallinity while heating, and having a transition point from crystalline phase to smectic liquid cristal phase at 180°C or more is composed of a thermally conductive resin composition containing 50-250 pts.wt. of spherical or granular thermally conductive filler (B1), and 10-100 pts.wt. of at least one kind of reinforcement material (C) selected from a group consisting of fibrous filler and acicular filler, for 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin (A). |
