PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sound insulation effect while reducing costs.SOLUTION: A sound insulation member for road bridge 10A is arranged in a joint gap 5 between mutually opposed end faces 4A of two girders 4. The sound insulation member 10A includes a first sound insulation layer 12A, a second sound insulation layer 12B, and a sound absorption layer 14, and has a rectangular cross section having a width and a thickness. The first sound insulation layer 12A and second sound insulation layer 12B are arranged at an interval with each other, and formed of rectangular plate type rubber sheets having the same width and the same length. The sound absorption layer 14 is arranged between the first sound insulation layer 12A and second sound insulation layer 12B, and formed of rectangular plate type urethane foams which have the same width and the same length with the first sound insulation layer 12A and second sound insulation layer 12B, and are uniform in thickness. |
