PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain oriented silicon steel plate in which a secondary recrystallization grain can be made fine without excessively raising a rate of temperature rise in primary recrystallization annealing, and an iron loss characteristic is more excellent than that of a conventional material.SOLUTION: A grain oriented silicon steel plate is that Si:2-5 mass% is included, a distribution of an orientation difference angle between a crystal orientation of a secondary recrystallization grain and a Goss orientation has two or more peaks, and preferably the orientation difference angle of a second peak from one in which the orientation difference angle is small in the two or more peaks is at least 5°, and a grain diameter of a secondary recrystallization grain is at most 15 mm. |
