PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle, which can suppress gear rattle noise generated at the time of stopping an engine, in the hybrid vehicle including the engine, an electric motor, and a damper interposed between the engine and the electric motor.SOLUTION: At the time of stopping an engine, when negative torque is removed to prevent the reverse rotation of the engine, reactive force resulting from the compression of the engine cannot be suppressed, and the magnitude of torque fluctuations increases. As a measure against this phenomenon, torque is output from a first electric motor until a damper is brought into a state of being twisted in a negative direction (S4). As a result, a range where hysteresis torque is large can be utilized, so that the magnitude of the torque fluctuations can be effectively reduced by the hysteresis torque, and thus gear rattle noise generated at that time can be suppressed. |
