PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the optical coupling efficiency of an optically coupled device.SOLUTION: An optically coupled device includes a rectangular parallelepiped light-emitting element, and a rectangular parallelepiped light-receiving element for receiving the light emitted from the light-emitting element. The light-emitting element includes an upper surface provided with an upper electrode, and a lower surface provided with a lower electrode. The light-receiving element includes a light-receiving surface. The light-emitting element is arranged so that each side constituting the upper surface is non-parallel with any of four sides constituting the light-receiving surface. |
