<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of accurately inspecting the failure of a transparent film, such as wrinkles and tears, in a shrink packed article.SOLUTION: A surface light source 5 and a camera 4 are arranged in a manner to sandwich an inspected plane of an article packed with a transparent film. An image processing section 3 processes an image of the inspected plane, which is captured by the camera 4, in such a state that the inspected plane of the article is irradiated by the surface light source 5, and inspects the presence of a failure part on the transparent film with which the article is packed in the inspected plane. An output section 7 outputs an inspection result obtained by the image processing section 3, which concerns the failure part on the transparent film with which the article is packed.</p> |
