<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker which exhibits the same cooking performance even when materials of cooking containers used in automatic cooking are different from each other.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: material detection means 12 for determining a material of a cooking container 2; temperature detection means 8 for detecting a temperature of a bottom of the cooking container 2; an operation part 4 for selecting a cooking menu; and a control part 13 for controlling heating of the cooking container 2 depending on a heat condition corresponding to the selected cooking menu. By making the control part 13 change the heat condition corresponding to the cooking menu depending on the material of the cooking container 2 determined by the material detection means 12, cooking can be performed under an optimum heat condition appropriate to the material of the cooking container 2 used in automatic cooking.</p> |
