<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal device capable of easily separating a lid of an electronic device from a base part.SOLUTION: A removal device of the invention includes: a bottom base; a support member; a driving member; a suction member; and a heating member. The bottom base includes a first exhaust hole, and a first cavity is covered by a support plate. The support plate supports an electronic device and includes a first through-hole. The first exhaust hole is connected with a vacuum device through a first connection tube. When air in the first cavity is suctioned by the vacuum device, a base part is suctioned and tightly contacts with the support plate and the support member and the driving member are respectively fixed to the bottom base and the support member. The driving member includes an expansion/retraction rod. The expansion/retraction rod expands and retracts relative to the bottom base. The suction member is fixed to an end of the expansion/retraction rod and includes a second exhaust hole. A second cavity is covered by a suction plate and the suction plate includes a second through hole. The second exhaust hole is connected with the vacuum device through a second communication tube.</p> |
