PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for appropriate channel selection with easy control when a wireless terminal connects to a plurality of mobile networks.SOLUTION: The communication system comprises: a first wireless terminal (10) that can connect to a first network (40); a second wireless terminal (20) that can connect to a second network (50); and a third wireless terminal (30) that can connect to at least the first and second wireless terminals via a predetermined radio system (third radio system) and has the function of connecting to a network via the first wireless terminal or the second wireless terminal. The second wireless terminal determines whether to transmit a control signal of the predetermined radio system on the basis of radio quality of the second network.
