PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder capable of improving usability at a time of setting a sheet and an image formation apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A sheet feeder includes: a feed roller 38 for feeding a sheet; a feed tray 30 for storing the sheet; an intermediate plate 31 provided on the feed tray 30 vertically rotatably, loadable thereon the sheet stored in the feed tray 30, and pressing the loaded sheet against the feed roller 38 while rotating and moving upward; a pair of side restriction plates 34R and 34L provided movably in a width direction orthogonal to a sheet feed direction, and restricting a position of the sheet loaded on the intermediate plate 31 in the width direction; and side pads 100R and 100L restricting movement of the sheet in an opposite direction to a sheet feed direction when the intermediate plate 31 rotates and moves upward. |
