PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spinning device capable of minimizing the outward displacement of fibers produced by an air flow based on the rotational speed of an exit roller of a draft machine.SOLUTION: The air spinning device is for producing yarns. In the air spinning device, a sliver is drawn by using a draft machine, and then the drawn sliver is supplied to an air spinning unit for producing a twisted yarn, and the twisted yarn is withdrawn from the air spinning unit and wound up on a twill winding package. In the air spinning device, a false twisting mechanism is arranged in a pre-draft zone of the draft machine, and the false twisting mechanism provides the sliver with a twist in an alternate rotational direction, and then the sliver is drawn to a yarn count in a main-draft zone and supplied to the air spinning unit. |
