The present invention provides a public operation processing method and device. The public operation processing method comprises: determining that a public operation needs to be performed on a user equipment (UE) in a serving cell (101); and sending public operation indication information to the UE in the serving cell, so that the UE in the serving cell performs an operation corresponding to the public operation indication information according to the public operation indication information (102). The present invention can save signaling overhead and shorten the delay of operation performed by a network side device on multiple UEs, thereby improving system efficiency. |
