The invention relates to a method, device (100) and system (200) for the detection and quantification of variation in eye damage caused by blue and violet light in the visible spectrum, comprising steps of: detecting incident radiation on an individual's visual system; calculating the incident radiation inside the range from 380 to 500 nm; establishing at least one threshold for incident radiation within said range; detecting if at least one threshold established for this range has been exceeded; warning of the exceedance of at least one threshold; measuring the time of exposure to the incident radiation; and inferring the effect of the incident radiation in the individual's different eye structures, and warning of said effect. |
