<p>The invention relates to a machine for producing a confectionary fluid such as soft serve, said machine comprising an ice-cream recirculation system formed by the combination of a dosing head and an ice-cream whisk, such as those included in this invention. The dosing head comprises ducts for allowing the passage of the confectionary fluid and cavities for receiving its internal components, such as a tube for dispensing the confectionary fluid. The ice-cream whisk has a tube for the recirculation of the confectionary fluid, which communicates with the cylinder containing the confectionary fluid, which is at the ideal temperature for maintaining the consistency of said fluid.</p> |
