<p>The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a method, an apparatus and a network device for monitoring a network, so that the propagation speed of malicious information in a network can be reduced by limiting traffic of a terminal device that sends the malicious information. The method of the present invention comprises: detecting whether malicious information exists in data uploaded by a terminal device; if malicious information exists in the data uploaded by the terminal device, obtaining a preset information control policy, the information control policy being used for indicating a data traffic limiting manner; and limiting data traffic of the terminal device according to the information control policy. The present invention can be used for controlling the propagation speed of malicious information in a network.</p> |
