PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity flexible tactile sensor capable of measuring vertical drag and shear force simultaneously.SOLUTION: A tactile sensor includes a first substrate having a plurality of first electrodes, a second substrate having a plurality of second electrodes corresponding to the plurality of first electrodes respectively, and a dielectric substance provided between the first and the second substrates. The second electrode corresponding to any one of the plurality of first electrodes is separately disposed in one direction. The second electrode corresponding to the other first electrode neighboring any one of the plurality of first electrodes is separately disposed in the other direction. |
