PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of easily updating image data of denied application content information by issuing a scan ticket for performing image reading in accordance with a denial result of the application content information.SOLUTION: A management server for managing application content information applied from a client device communicable with an image processor provided with an image reading mechanism determines whether or not an approver denies the application content information, and generates a scan ticket for executing image reading with the image processor according to denied application content information so as to reassociate image data with the denied application content information to store the image data in the case that it is determined that the application content information is denied.
